There will be a deeper exploration of current challenges, and some helpful tools to begin practicing on the retreat. We will cover topics such as guilt and regret, feelings of stuckness, and what honoring grief specifically entails. Exercises will be offered to complete during the duration of the retreat.

Morning Guided Somatic Grief Process

This transformative session is a guided, experiential opportunity to identify sensations of feelings throughout the body and how to feel and release them healthily and gently.

Mid-afternoon Intuitive Session

This insightful reading provides an opportunity to clarify current life challenges or obstacles. The reading can range from practical guidance to mediumship insights.  Â

Late afternoon Art Process Session
No previous art experience is needed with this free-flow session that opens a deeper opportunity for self-reflection and future goals.
Day 3:

Morning Meditation

This session is a guided meditation.

Letter Reading, Signs & Symbols & Closing Ritual

Letters to loved ones will be reviewed with a process around any lingering concerns or questions. We also discuss key ways of connecting to loved ones through common signs and symbols.

The ritual entails the symbolic release of old patterns that are no longer useful and the calling forth of a new vision for the future. Loved ones are honored with a painted rock on the ancestral path.
